Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved solely for you! As life happens, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. I respectfully ask for AT LEAST a 24 hour cancellation notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel with less than a 24 hour notice of scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No call/no shows will be charged 100% of scheduled service(s). Appointment reminders are sent out 72 and again 24 hours before your appointment to avoid last minute cancellations and no shows. This cancellation policy allows me to inform any clients that are on my waitlist and fill the time. I do understand that things come up unexpectedly and I will always do my best to accommodate!
